About this product

This little stick holds two balms in one: a white outer balm and a yellow core. The maker gives the ratio as 85 to 15. Per the maker, the white part uses vegan collagen extract, ceramide NP and shea butter to moisturise and help skin feel firmer. The yellow core has vitamin C (ascorbic acid) and glutathione, which the maker calls brightening, for a more radiant look.

According to d'Alba, its signature ingredient is white truffle from Piedmont in Italy, combined with vitamin E. The ingredient list also has plant oils such as sunflower, jojoba, sweet almond, macadamia, argan and olive oil.

Glide it over dry areas such as around the eyes and mouth, the neck, the collarbone or the lips. The maker suggests using it in your daily routine, or before or over make-up for a dewy finish. The maker describes the scent as floral and citrusy, and says the balm is vegan (V-Label certified) and dermatologically tested.

How to use

Remove the cap and twist the base to raise the balm. Stroke it lightly over dry areas, for example around the eyes (not into them), around the mouth, on the lips or on the neck. Use it after your usual skin care, or before or over make-up if you want a dewy finish. Twist the balm back down and close the cap after each use.
